This curl cream is fantastic! I apply it to soaking wet hair, scrunch, and leave to air dry. It really enhances my natural curls and makes them feel soft. There’s no “crunchiness” or frizz. I like the smell as well, it’s subtle and botanical but not strong which I like. Will definitely repurchase.

I usually braid my hair at night to have wavy hair in the morning, I started putting this product on my damp hair before braiding and it makes my waves look more defined, and they seem to last longer throughout the day. You only need a very small amount though, otherwise its too heavy

Everything about this Aveda curl cream is right: the texture is light in comparison to other brands which can be very thick, the smell is good and I managed to get it on sale too. If you are starting out your curly girl journey, this is a good starting point.

Good cream but not enough for some types of hair

I apply the cream all the way through my dump hair and I style my curls one by one. They feel soft, but as I have thick hair and volume, I need an additional product to keep them in place. It´s a good cream to use as a starting point in styling.

Smells gorgeous but you only need a small amount, otherwise it drenches the hair and makes it look greasy. If I use more than two pea-sized amounts it can totally ruin a wash day.
