Actually waterproof!
4Having tried a ridiculous amount of eyeliners claiming to be waterproof this one wins for me. Held up in the Spanish heat etc and didn’t get pandas eyes! I will re-buy this for sure!

Very good
5Lovely intense black liner . Been looking for one that doesn’t budge and this is the best by far and I’ve spent a lot of money to get there . The price is really good for this product. It goes on really easily too .
