Too early to tell
With any health & beauty supplements, I reckon you will need to take them consistently for at least 6 months to see any real results. I find that the collagen powder doesn't dissolve very well compare to another brand I've been using, and it does taste a little bit fishy so I normally mix into my coffee or juice. The anti-g-ox is like fizzy powder in your mouth, so fun! Beware that it will leave a yellow stain on your tongue because of the curcumin. Overall the regeneration duo is of great value if you're looking to start trying vida glow!
