UNFLAVOURED: Add 1 sachet (45g) to 100ml milk or water and mix. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add 1/2 batter to the pan and cook (makes 2 pancakes).
CHOCOLATE FLAVOUR: Add 1 sachet (50g) to 100ml milk or water and mix. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add 1/2 batter to the pan and cook (makes 2 pancakes).

Weird
Honestly, this is rather bizarre. Not suitable for veggies

Sadly, awful! Smelt amazing cooking though.
We tried the chocolate flavour and mixed it with milk. Whisking it up, it made a very thin batter, like a crepe. Sadly, on pouring onto my crepe cooker the mixture did not behave like any foodstuff I've ever cooked (and I cook pancakes every week)-stuck to every utensil and all non stick surfaces, even with greasing, and was very brittle when spread thin so broke into pieces trying to turn it. Pouring the watery batter and leaving it in a puddle seemed to work better. It did smell delicious cooking, like a rich chocolate cake! Unfortunately the taste was again unlike any pancake or foodstuff and extremely sweet from the sweetener. Tasted like cooked chocolate Slim Fast 😱 Think I'll skip these and just drink bone broth for collagen...
