Dampen the Dual-Effect Sensitive Skin Cloth with warm water and squeeze out excess.
Eyes: Apply a small amount of cleanser to dry, closed eyes, massaging gently. Using soft-terry-side of cloth, sweep over eye to clean and lift away all traces of make-up and cleanser.
Face: Gently massage cleanser onto dry skin. Remove using muslin-side of cloth*, with gentle circular movements. Follow with final sweep over face with soft terry-side. * For hypersensitive skin, use only soft terry-side of cloth.

Used this a long time!
This brand is perfect for sensitive/reactive skin and this cleanser is perfect. It is a lovely cream cleanser which removes make-up brilliantly even though it is gentle. I use the oil cleanser too but this one is very capable on it's own even for eye make-up removal. I love their soft cloths too which are essential for cleansing. This brand is lovely and I use a lot of their products and my reactive skin loves it! My daughter also loves this cleanser too.

I love this cleanser, it’s so incredibly gentle on my sensitive stressed skin. I’ve found that most other cream cleansers leave a film on the skin and you don’t get that clean feeling but this leaves your skin feeling so fresh! Whenever I’ve used something which has stressed my skin out this always calms it! Couldn’t rave about it more

Lovely product
This is a really lovely creamy, gentle cleanser. I use it after removing my make up with micellar water and it leaves my dry combination skin feeling soft and refreshed. It is also gentle enough to use on my eyes, which makes a nice change as my eyes are extremely sensitive! I tend to use this at night time, as my moisturiser tends to take longer to sink in after using this cleanser. I use a different one in the morning so that I don't have to wait too long to apply my make up for work. The cloth provided is nice and both sides work well on my skin. However I have some qualms about using cloths as they never seem very hygienic, especially as they can't be machine washed! Overall, an excellent product.
