I’ve used this for well over a year. Total honestly, at first I only saw a reduction in my face oiliness, probably about a month ... I decided to stop taking and boy did I notice how much it really does help both skin AND hair after about 2 weeks off the pills! Now that I’ve religiously used for over a year, it has increasingly gotten better. I went 3 days last week without washing my hair ... THIS STUFF WORKS!
