Feeling a bit gutted
When I received my March 2019 beauty box I was amazed by this product, it smelt amazing, it lathered up great and felt lovely on my face. I've tried many cleansers before and this is by far the most amazing one I've used. I couldn't wait to place my order for a large bottle. I opened the tube to find that the cleanser is quite hard, it's very difficult to get out of the bottle, takes lots of water to lather it up and in doing this half of it drops down the sink...this is nothing like the sample I received in the box. I'm really disappointed that this doesn't compare to the sample size and it cost a pretty penny.
