Christophe Robin Hydrating Shampoo Bar with Aloe Vera 100ml

I really wanted this to work so I could cut back on plastic.  Love my gallinee face soap instead of cleanser in a bottle.  Sadly,  this just leaves loads of residue on your hair if you’re in a hard water area.  Kinda impossible to rinse out. 

I used it for about 6 months. It really dries hair, you need to use a lot of conditioner after it 

I decided I wanted to eliminate some plastic from my bathroom, so decided to try this shampoo bar. I was nervous to say the least and reviews weren’t too positive. However, I’m a total convert to this form of shampoo now. I have dry, coloured hair which is inclined to frizz and needs a good blowdry. This shampoo bar leaves my hair in great shape (just as good as high-end brands). It’s not made my hair any drier. It’s fragrance is natural and not artificial at all. Trying to be environmentally friendly so thought this would be a great step. Lasts ages, easy to take on holiday, tiny packaging so a win on those counts. At home, in a hard water area, it takes persistence to rinse out and needs to be used daily to stop hair being heavy. However, I took it on holiday where the water quality was much better and it was brilliant! Soft, shiny hair everyday! Loved it

Great shampoo bar!! Given those natural ingredients, I thought this bar will not provide a clean rinse. But it cleanses my hair very well and after many uses, the bar still looks new. I believe it will last me a very long time. Will definitely repurchase in future.

I really wanted to like this! I tried it for 3 days but my hair was like a lump of lard😧😧😧. I have fine, thin hair and was careful to rinse it very well. I know I should persevere but it was too hard!
