Treat naturally curly or coiled hair types to the Long and Luxe Gro Wash Cleansing Creme Conditioner from As I Am. Infused with Pomegranate and Passion Fruit, the lightweight, ultra-moisturising formula nourishes the hair and scalp, whilst promoting healthy hair growth for longer, stronger looking locks. Effectively detangles and defines curls to leave them smooth and manageable without weighing them down.
Wet hair thoroughly. Rub a liberal amount of GroWash between palms and distribute throughout hair. Work product through hair and massage scalp with fingertips as you would a conventional shampoo. Carefully detangle hair with a wide-tooth comb. Rinse well. Repeat only if necessary to remove excessive product build up or for further scalp cleansing. Follow with conditioning.

I would highly recommend this if you want a quick wash and go, superb time saver. Leaves hair silky soft.

This cleanse conditioner is great I use in-between shampoo and my hair feels great after and unlike some of the other hair products in this brand it doesn't weigh my hair down a definite plus

Such a disappointment
This was a great CoWash until I discovered it has dimethicone in it. Such a disappointment; as the scent and slip was divine. Now, I have moved on to their JBCO CoWash.

Lovely cowash!
I love this cowash! I’ve gone through 3-4 tubs of the coconut cleansing cowash from As I Am and love it but I was getting a bit bored and figured I’d give this one a try. I know it says it’s for hair types 3-4 but I’m only wavy and it works great for me regardless! It’s a lot thicker than the coconut one and it leaves my hair really clean and moisturised even though I use this without conditioner, just leave in. I would really recommend it!
