Developed specially for women, Viviscal’s Biotin and Zinc Hair Supplement Tablets promote fuller and healthier-looking hair over time.
Rich in biotin, the daily food supplement helps to support the normal maintenance of the hair, nails and skin, while zinc supports the normal function of the immune system. The supplement also features the key ingredient of AminoMar C™, a rich protein compound of marine extracts blended with organic soluble silica and fortified with vitamin C.
Recommended intake: Take 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 6 months or until the desired results have been achieved (1 in the morning and 1 evening, taken with water after food). Thereafter, take 1-2 tablets daily as required.

Firm Favourite
I've been using this product for years - it's the only supplement that I've seen consistent results with. The only downside is the price - very very expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for and I keep a look out for when LF have special offers on. I would definitely recommend if you're hair is thinning, mine has grown back considerably since using this product.

Can’t see any change
Took these to stop hair loss. First month is almost over. Can’t see that it stopped in any way. Will wait a little bit though. But until now, I can’t see any change.
