this works Sleep Balm 8.6g

I purchased this to make up a gift set for mum of complimenting this works products. She works night shifts and notoriously has always struggled with sleep so I want to put together a self care package for her and included this sleepy balm. She is absolutely over the moon with it and uses it along with other products in the same this works range and together they all compliment well and really help her with relaxation and sleep no matter if she is coming off a night shift or trying to adapt back to the more routine time to sleep. By applying directly to her pulse points after using the bath and skincare products she is able to drift off peacefully and when awake feel Refreshed. Highly recommended

I initially put this on my temples before bed but couldn’t smell it enough to feel any benefits from it. I now put a slight dab under my nose. It’s not too thick that it causes any skin issues 

I am hugely impressed with the This works sleep balm.! It really is helping with getting me off to sleep gently and naturally. I love using this with the pillow Mist also and will be repurchasing to put together a Christmas hamper for my mum as I have previously brought her other products in the deep sleep body cocoon range which she loves so I plan to make her a gift box up

Lovely texture, very soothing smell. Like it says, this works! Definitely helps to relax you ready for sleep. Love it. Great product 

Clear balm, subtle scent which is soothing. Absorbs well, doesn’t leave a greasy residue. Not sure if it will get you to sleep on its own but I’m sure it helps, and anyway works great on my cuticles and doesn’t break my skin out.

This is a multi purpose product which I’d recommend. Not only helps with sleep but also if you’re feeling stressed or have very dry patches of skin

This product is really settling. I’m yet to be let down by This Works! Fantastic brand.

I have used many of the This works products in the past, however this was the first time I had tried this. It doesn’t seem to have much smell to it at all! so although I rub some behind my ears and my pulse points before retiring to bed it has very little affect. Won’t buy again not cheap either!

As usual, This Works is up to its usual standard, although the box it arrived in was covered in grease. As it was a gift to my daughter I had to give her the container and throw away the box.
