Quick relief
I keep this in the fridge for a quick cooling sensation on my eyes. It is a really nice feeling, but only for a few minutes as the gel beads and plastic covering absorb the warmth from your face so do heat up super quickly. The plastic covering can kind of cling to and pull your skin, so it’s not the best, but does the job for a quick fix! It looks super cute.

Soothing
I have found this to be a must in my beauty regime. I suffer with dry eye so this heated up is so so nice for my eyes. I have also used it straight out of the fridge when my eyes are burning. I absolutely love this x

de-puffs eyes
I keep this mask in the fridge and use it whenever I have not been getting much sleep or am stressed to just cool my eyes down and relax as the cool gel mask helps to de-puff the eye area. Also handy if you have had a cry and your eyes are red and puffy!
