Shampoo: Wet hair. Don’t overload hair with product. Using fingertips massage shampoo into roots only. Rinse immediately and repeat if second wash is needed.
Conditioner: Use correct measure of conditioner into palm and rub hands together. Apply to mid-lengths and ends, avoiding roots. Leave in for recommended time. After leaving in for recommended time, rinse hair thoroughly.
Treatment: Towel dry hair after shampoo and conditioner. Part hair. Spray one pump along line of scalp. Repeat 4 times across the scalp. Massage in evenly and blow dry hair. Use daily for optimum results.

Shine but No Volume
I was excited to try the Swell Volume Line due to all the great reviews I read online. The products all work well but even using a blow dryer I did not increase the volume of my fine hair. The products are nice for daily use and do provide shine and softness but no increase in volume. The sizes are perfect for travel .

crazy expensive, but really nice products
I usually dont like to buy such expensive products, but I'd never found shampoo/conditioner I was happy with, so wanted to see if i could notice a difference. I am super impressed. The shampoo cleans very well but is gentle on your scalp & isnt drying. No suds on the first shampoo, some on the 2nd. The conditioner is excellent for tangles - they brush out more easily than ever before & it fixed my dry ends. It doesnt completely stop static, but it isnt a problem for me. I have minimal hairfall using these products. I have more natural volume with these than with other products, but i feel that the spray gives extra volume without leaving any obvious stickiness or other residue. I find the spray nozzle a little tricky to use accurately, as i cant quite tell at exactly what moment the liquid will come out of the nozzle, so i sometimes waste a spray. At this price, I find that annoying. I find the effects of the spray last approx 2 days. I wash my hair 1-2 times per week & this travel pack has lasted a pretty long time (halfway thru the bottles after 2-3mths) using what i think is the recommended amount for long hair. I will try another cheaper brand shampoo for comparison (to try to save money), but think i will buy the full size conditioner & spray, despite the hefty price tag.
