Works but isn't amazing; fine for my uber-sensitive eyes
Like other reviewers, I found the liquid had separated when I first received it, but this was sorted with extremely vigorous shaking the first few times I used it. It's still a little grainy (very, very fine 'grains'), which seems counterintuitive when putting it on the sensitive skin around your eyes, but I'm assuming it's supposed to be like that... The product looks very dark, but I have quite fair skin and it seems to adjust colour on contact – it certainly doesn't look too dark for me. On first application I wasn't impressed at all and was pretty annoyed that I'd forked out for it, but it didn't irritate the skin around my eyes, which frequently happens with new eye products, and with a little perseverance over a couple of weeks, I've found it works ok. Be sure to warm the product between your fingers first, and be prepared to work it into the skin, patting carefully rather than rubbing – it's not a quick swipe and done. Then leave for at least 5 mins before putting on any make-up. I apply it at the end of my skincare regime, then by the time I'm dressed, it's ready to have make-up applied over the top. I'm 45 and have dry skin, particularly around the eyes, and this definitely brightens/disguises my dark circles without drying and smooths my fine lines, but the effect isn't show-stopping. So it's worth using, but not the results I was hoping for. Perhaps I was hoping too much!

Best so far
I've had dark under eye pigmentation all my life. I've used every concealer imaginable. This is so light and natural looking, it hides by black under eye without the need for added concealer. Only issue, it clumps easily as you put it on so really need to work it in.
