Good for PCOS
I have PCOS and really struggle with the side effects (mainly facial hair/mood swings/fatigue). I've been taking these supplements for a few months now alongside my prescribed medication and I can definitely see and feel the benefits!

Life-changing
These have honestly helped me so much. I suffer from heavy periods that usually leave me bed bound, no energy, I usually have to take a sick day from work. Even to the lead up of my period I would be so tired, unable to concentrate. Since taking these tablets the brain fog has lifted in the lead up, periods are much much lighter and I am able to actually get out of bed and function! They have made such a difference to me for when I am on my period. Some other reviews state it helped regulate their cycles, as mine is irregular, but I've yet to notice it.
