Shea Moisture Raw Shea & Cupuacu Frizz Defense Gel Cream 249ml

I wanted to love this I’ve heard such good things but it didn’t work for my wavy hair. I just put a pea size amount in and it was far too greasy rather than wet. 

Hydrates hair and helps to reduce frizz whitout weighing it down.

I love to use this gel during summer. I just apply it and leave my hair to airdry. It gives me beautiful curls and smells so nice.

Don't like this at all. I used the tiniest amount and it made my hair crunchy and hard, not a great product. 

Very promising product. I bought this off recommendation and I love that you can use it on dry and wet hair as previous similar producers I’ve used means I can only use it on wet hair. It gave my curls a lovely finish and I did see long lasting results. So far so good!

If you have 4c/4b hair this is literally just thick water it does absolutely nothing 

Has a good hold, is moisturising and I have 0 frizz which is amazing. However I do not like the smell, if the smell was better I would re purchase it but once it is gone I will not. However, it will definitely last a long time which is good. Also, open the lid will it is faced up because the gel will leak out, I knew this luckily thanks to another review. But yeah apart from the smell and packaging it is amazing. I just prefer sweeter/fruitier smells.

In its defence it defended my hair from frizz rather well... my hair is super frizzy. Curls look smooth and separated.

As a ‘gel creme’ the texture is as imaginable, a gel incorporated into a cream. Product has a nice lasting scent. Hold is limited, for a thicker, curlier hair maybe use the gel soufflé. However it does what it says and curls did not drop for a few days. A little goes along way. Only con is the packaging, remember it will splatter out everytime you open it if you don’t hold gently from the lid.

So far good product and my favourite brand for my natural curls.
