Directions for Use:
Recommended Daily Dose:
- Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons)
- Children aged 3-12: 5ml (1 teaspoon)
Winter Dose:
- Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily
- Children aged 3-12: 10ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily
Cautions and Warnings:
- Not suitable for children under 3 years
- Do not exceed the recommended intake
- If pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision or taking other medication, please seek medical advice before taking
- Keep out of reach and sight of children
- Once opened, keep the bottle tightly sealed and store in a dry place below 25°C
- Do not use if seal is missing or broken
- Food supplements should not replace a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle

Keep purchasing and taking daily - my husband had Covid and I did not catch even though we shared the same bed/rooms etc. could be a coincidence … but I think this helps your immune a lot!

Amazing!!
My holy grail!! This really works. I’ve recently undergone 2 operations and had to take antibiotics over 4 weeks. My immune system has been very weak and I have also recently had covid. This is the only thing that has made a noticeable difference tk my energy levels.
