Ran out of the spray before the paste
The volume of spray is nowhere near enough to last the same amount of treatments as the paste. In the time that I did use this, I didn't notice my teeth get any whiter

Worked well for me!
My teeth were quite stained from red wine, strong tea and smoking and needed a bit of a tidy up. I used this twice a day for 5 days and my teeth are about three shades lighter! I'm proper impressed! My teeth are now a shiny normal teeth colour

Does work
I have sensitive teeth and this does not irritate them or my gums at all. I drink red wine which stains teeth. Not easy to help but this product has helped. I like the gradual effect and how easy the tool is to use regularly.
