Achieve a natural-looking, golden tan with the James Read Coconut Melting Tanning Balm Face & Body; a unique formula that effortlessly melts upon contact with skin, developing into an enviable bronzed glow.
Enriched with 100% Organic Coconut Oil and subtle yet effective tanning agents, the rich balm deeply nourishes skin by enveloping the face and body in a veil of moisture. The hydrating formula utilises James Read’s Tantone Technology™, which tailors the tanning result to your natural skin tone in order to deliver the most natural-looking result.
The balm smoothes effortlessly over skin and can be applied in layers in order to build the desired colour and depth of tan. Expect a beautiful bronzed glow to appear gradually and last up to five days.
Exfoliate thoroughly prior to application. Starting at the ankles and working your way up apply to the body in circular motions using a tanning glove, working in sections. Ensure the tan has been applied all over using the product's sheen as a guide. Leave feet and hands until last using what remains on the mitt. Avoid contact with water for 8 hours. Apply 2 - 3 times a week for a deeper tan.

Zero tan after 4 applications!
I’ve used this product as instructed for the past 4 days and I’m still yet to see any signs of a tan! I remain my usual ghostly white colour which is extremely disappointing for a self tan at this price. Also, when I apply, it melts into hard little pellets on my skin that end up all over my floor which I find very odd. My skin stays greasy for hours after applying meaning I don’t feel comfortable putting on clothes or even sitting on the furniture. Very disappointed because I’d been looking forward to trying this for ages.
