I haven’t used retinol before, it is my first one. I think it’s perfect for entry level cuz it has a low degree of retinol, your skin can have time to adapt it

These are good but not as good as the gold ones with the gold ones it’s oil and it goes a lot further u don’t get as much in these as it’s a thicker consistency but still does wonders for my face

These make your skin feel smooth on application but I’m dubious that there is any real amount of retinol as it doesn’t tell you how much and since changing to a different retinol serum which is 2% I can tell the difference. These capsules are a nice little luxury to apply but I don’t think they have much effect on the skin besides the initial smoothing feeling
