The BHA-powered What Spot? Dot? by DISCIPLE Skincare are effective hydrocolloid patches designed to minimise the look of blemishes and redness.
Featuring salicylic acid, the spot stickers help to decongest the skin, promoting a more clarified complexion. Hyaluronic acid helps to keep the area hydrated, preventing the blemish from drying out.
- Application: Wash and completely dry the area. Remove the cover film and apply to the target aread (don’t use face oils or other products before use). Wear for 6 hours or overnight and replace as needed.

Great for emergencies
This is my second purchase - broke out just before an important night out. Put one of these on over night and you could barely notice - took redness and inflammation out of the skin! Absolute saviour!

I love these. I have seen cheaper brands and they have actually aggravated my skin. These do exactly what they say. A must have. Especially great for under the skin blemishes.

These are ok but I find the corsx more effective. These can come loose quite easily & don’t do AS good of a job

Effective BUT
These spot dots are effective BUT they aren’t as sticky as other brands so don’t always stay put. They’re also a tad expensive. They do work though and are perfect for my monthly hormone-induced breakout!

Good spot dot, draws out the impurities and makes the spot go down overnight. Will be purchasing again!
