Bourjois Rice Java Powder

This powder is magic at giving your face base a dewy finish with a slight glow - my skin tone is very fair and cool toned, so the slight pink undertone in the powder seems to work very well at blending in with my natural complexion. The formula is really silky and prevents foundation from creasing well, it also stops any oiliness I expect to get during the day on my T-zone. The fragrance is quite strong, but I have never found that the powder has irritated my skin at all - or broken me out, I think it is fantastic that the product is also silicone free as it feels very breathable on skin and doesn't disturb any products I have layered underneath. If you prefer a matte skin finish, this may not be for you, but it could definitely be used as a subtle highlighter for a light-catching glow!

A very good, very finely milled pale translucent powder with maybe a touch too much shimmer. A light dusting of it is great for setting makeup or using as a highlighter. Great price too. I will say that it looks less shimmery on my face than it does dusted on my wrist. I personally like the scent - smells of vanilla and musk in a very old-glamour sort of way. Planning to re-buy when I run out.

I really like this product!I use it for under the eye area and gives a very nice luminous effect.It is a smooth and soft powder and it smells really good!

Like the other reviewer I just use this for under the eyes and cheekbones. I did originally think it would be ok for all over the face but it’s a bit too shimmery for that. Smells gorgeous though and ithe pot is small but sweet.

I admittedly bought this for the beautiful packaging, but now use it everyday around my eyes and above my cheeks. I wouldn't recommend as an all-over face powder, but it's perfect for making your eyes and cheekbones pop. The smell is lovely.
