Apply on clean, dry skin, either all over the body or by targeting certain areas such as upper arm, outer thigh and bottom in conjunction with Body Glow Light or Medium for advanced skin conditioning. Massage in a clockwise circular motion to improve absorption and circulation. Blend across the body with Body Glow to ensure a seamless summer tint if used as a targeted treatment. Re-apply daily or as often as required to build your desired colour. Maintain your tan by applying every 2-3 days after showering. Wash hands after use with warm soapy water.

Fantastic for pale skin
I'm very pale, sometimes blue/grey looking. Not pretty. Alot of tan looks alien on me, I turn from Casper into a simpson! This goes on nice and easy, feels good on the skin. Wake up in the morning to a beautiful subtle glow. It takes the edge off the pale ness without looking artificial atall. I'm poor with tan too, I can mess it up dead easy. This stuff goes on brilliant. This will be my all year round staple from now on to bring my skin into the normal colour range, I look so healthy with it on! If you are pale it is well worth it. If you are naturally tan it may not do much for you as it only has a hint of tan for us caspers.
