Lip gloss and only that. I didn’t notice any plump effect. Dryes your lips  so much and leavs some wierd white stains.

I personally love the burn! It is quite stingy but definately plumps the lips up and causes them to get a bit rosy which I like as it gives a kinda bitten look. Lips can feel a bit dried out after it wears away but nothing a bit of balm can’t cure! So affordable too compared to other brands.
