1. Use once or twice per week. Apply to dampened face and neck. Wet hands and massage lightly into skin using circular movements, avoiding the delicate eye area.
2. Leave on depending on your skin’s age-related needs:
- Teens and twenties: Wash off after massaging in.
- Thirties and forties: Leave on for approximately 2 minutes.
- Fifties and onwards: Leave on for approximately 5 minutes.
3. Remove with a hot cloth. Pat dry.

Essential
I have always been self conscious of tiny bumps on my skin, specifically on my forehead. Being desperate for smooth skin I have tried many exfoliators however this is by far my favorite. It is not too harsh on your skin and leaves it feeling smooth and refreshed. It has considerably reduced the appearance of the bumps on my skin and I couldn't be happier.
